Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email address, company name and industry. When a customer uses the QuickBlueTick platform, the practice or business using the platform may collect customer details, messages, documents, signatures and other information needed for its onboarding process.
How we use information
We use demo-request details to respond to your request and discuss QuickBlueTick with you. We use platform information to provide, operate, secure, support and improve the service. We may also use limited technical information to prevent abuse, investigate faults and protect the service.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed to deliver the service, including with the business that invited or enrolled an individual, service providers that support our infrastructure and communications, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. Our demo form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect against spam and abuse. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We may also use essential cookies to operate the website and keep it secure.
